Lens Exchange or Repair

Unfortunately, cataract surgery is not 100% without risk. Complications may arise which require a lens to be implanted at a later date. In some situations, the lens is implanted may become dislocated either early or late in the postoperative period. In some cases, trauma to the iris (colored part of the eye) may cause significant glare or decreased cosmetic appearance. In many cases these complications can be repaired surgically.
